However, actual appearance may vary depending on device model, display settings, lighting conditions, viewing angle, manufacturing tolerances, and other factors.

Product images, renderings, videos, demonstrations, and other marketing materials may be provided for illustrative purposes.

You are responsible for confirming that the product you purchase is compatible with your specific device model before completing your order.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, update, or limit products or product features at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, promotions, discounts, availability information, or other errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Products may be available in limited quantities and may be discontinued at any time.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale activity, payment issues, or product availability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

TekkEffects is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, or circumstances reasonably outside our control.

Responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments will be handled in accordance with applicable law, our shipping policies, and the policies applicable to the fulfillment method used for the order.

6. Returns and Refunds

Standard purchases made through the TekkEffects website are subject to our 25-day return policy, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible purchases made using the Buy with Prime option on our website may qualify for 30-day returns, subject to the applicable Buy with Prime return terms and eligibility requirements.

Our Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Product Installation and Use

Certain TekkEffects products, including screen protectors, require installation by the customer.

Customers are responsible for following the installation instructions provided with the product or made available by TekkEffects.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TekkEffects is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, removal, modification, misuse, abuse, or use of a product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or instructions.

A screen protector is intended to provide an additional layer of protection but cannot prevent all possible damage to a device.

TekkEffects does not guarantee that use of a screen protector will prevent a device screen or other component from cracking, scratching, breaking, or otherwise becoming damaged under all circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

The TekkEffects website, products, technologies, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, text, logos, trademarks, trade dress, product designs, and other content may be protected by patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.

Certain TekkEffects products and technologies are protected by issued and/or pending intellectual property rights.

Nothing contained on our website or in these Terms grants you any license or right to use, reproduce, manufacture, copy, reverse engineer, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from TekkEffects intellectual property except with our prior written authorization or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Purchasing a TekkEffects product does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property rights.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or provide access to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, Shopify, Amazon Buy with Prime, social media platforms, analytics providers, and other service providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies.

TekkEffects does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent required by applicable law.

10. Buy with Prime

TekkEffects may make Buy with Prime available as a purchasing option for eligible products.

When you use Buy with Prime, portions of your transaction, including payment, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and customer support functions, may be provided or facilitated by Amazon or its affiliates.

Additional terms and policies presented during the Buy with Prime purchasing process may apply to your transaction.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, bundles, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject promotions that we reasonably determine have been obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to the applicable promotion terms.

12. User Content and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other content to TekkEffects, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TekkEffects' aggregate liability arising from a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to TekkEffects for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TekkEffects, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on our website that apply to your purchase, constitute the agreement between you and TekkEffects regarding your use of the Services.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
