We want you to be completely satisfied with your TekkEffects purchase. Return eligibility depends on the checkout method used for your order.

Standard TekkEffects Orders — 25-Day Returns

Products purchased directly through the standard TekkEffects website checkout may be returned within 25 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your return must be requested within 25 days of delivery.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included materials.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Products that have been intentionally damaged, modified, or misused are not eligible for a refund.

• Used or installed screen protectors may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Buy with Prime Orders — 30-Day Returns

Orders placed using the Buy with Prime option on the TekkEffects website are eligible for 30-day returns, subject to the return terms and eligibility requirements applicable to Buy with Prime purchases.

If you selected Buy with Prime at checkout, please use the Buy with Prime order confirmation or order-management options to initiate your return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by TekkEffects or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

For standard TekkEffects orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Return shipping and refund procedures for Buy with Prime orders are governed by the terms applicable to the Buy with Prime purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

• Standard TekkEffects orders returned more than 25 days after delivery

• Buy with Prime orders outside their applicable return period

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
